When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the response form and also the IP address of the visitor and the browser user agent string to help detect spam.

SalesForce:As soon as you fill out a form on our website, all your personal details are automatically transferred to Salesforce, this is our internal CRM system for better follow-up of your application. This data is stored by SalesForce within Europe and will only be consulted by us internally. If desired, you can submit an application to delete your data from our systems.

Mailchimp:On our website you receive several times the offer to subscribe to a specific newsletter, as soon as you send this registration it will be stored at Mailchimp. We have a comprehensive data processing agreement with Mailchimp. With every mailing that is sent by us you will receive at the bottom of the email the option to update your details and to unsubscribe as soon as you unsubscribe from our email list your data will be removed from our database.

How we secure your data

The security of your data is priority one. All the data entered by you on a formuilier is always encrypted. All our systems are also equipped with double authentication and an active monitoring system to ensure data security.

Which data breach procedures we have implemented

If a data breach should occur in one of our systems, you will receive an automatic notification within 4 hours of the data breach. Here, too, our automatic mechanisms are enabled which block all traffic and are only accessible from the fixed locations determined by us by means of a changing IP address.

If an ethical hacker can establish a possible data breach with us, we will also provide the necessary adjusted fee with a safeguard of prosecution.
